Novas
http://www.novas.ie
Heres a link to an irish voluntary agency that my aunt works in. They do great work to help the socially excluded / homeless.
Hopefully my video can inspire some people to look into this further and help out. :)

This photographer uses both silhouettes and double exposures to blend people and places together.
Great effect!

This artist paints himeself into the background,
fairly relative to my project of becoming part of your surroundings (invisible)
Work so far
Some of the photos i've taken and edited so far.
This is the photo i decided to use as the background..
Homeless not invisible
So i decided to do my film on the homeless of limerick and how they are ignored and simply blend into the background. But seen as i have to tell a story through photos I decided to first show them being ignored and have their figure as nothing more than a silhouette ...and then after have people talking to and giving them money/food and have them slowly reappear from their background.
Photography
So my first elective is photography,
for it we have to make a film using 'kinestasis': A rapidly-moving montage technique set to music/narration or sound effects; A film made with such a technique.
the film can be on whatever we want , we can also continue on from our 'to sense my space' project.
still thinking of ideas..

Feeling dizzy.
Thought I'd try a bit of video/sound.
I started off by putting my camera on the ground in the forest (and by forest i mean the fews trees down the back of my garden)
I figured forests could trigger panic attacks seen as you can easily get lost in them and the trees can be very dense and cut off any sight of escape ..
Anyway .. I put my camera on the ground pointing up towards the trees, hit record and spun it.
I did this to get that dizzy, distorted look.
After I recorded for a while I edited the video down to the bit I wanted and then put it on a loop.
The look was cool, so I decided to add some sound effects ...not my own, i just got them off youtube, then added muffled and echo effects to them..
andddd...here's the result.
I made more of these videos using spiral stairs and cages but they didn't turn out so well
